What is your return policy?

A damaged or defective product may be returned or credited within 30 days of initial purchase or until the product is sold, whichever comes first.  Products are considered damaged or defective at the discretion of MIRC and require a Return Authorization (RA) number to receive a shipping label.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging.

To initiate the return process, please email your sales representative.  Pictures must be included in the email with a description of the defective product before a Return Authorization will be issued.
